These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Siri888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of all services made available through the website siri888.cam and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

Siri888 provides online sports betting, live casino, slot games, esports wagering, and related gaming and promotional services to eligible players. These Terms apply to all aspects of your interaction with Siri888, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, betting activity, and customer support interactions.

By registering an account, you confirm that you:

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" — The registered user profile associated with a specific individual on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or other incentive offered by Siri888 to eligible players under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The minimum total wager amount that must be completed before a bonus or any winings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer: the identity and age verification process required for account approval and withdrawal processing.
• "Deposit" — A transfer of funds from a player into their Siri888 account balance via an accepted payment method.
• "Withdrawal" — A transfer of available funds from a player's Siri888 account balance to their designated payment method.
• "Real Money Balance" — Funds in a player's account derived from cash deposits (as opposed to bonus credit).
• "Void Bet" — A wager that is cancelled and the stake returned without settlement, typically due to event cancellation, technical error, or suspected rule breach.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account with Siri888, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person (companies and legal entities may not register as players);
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of a third party;
• You are not subject to any court order, legal prohibition, or regulatory restriction that would prevent you from entering into this Agreement;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Siri888 employee;
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Siri888 account under any name or identity;
• Online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction, or you accept full personal responsibility for determining your legal position.

Siri888 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify ongoing eligibility. Whereibility cannot be confirmed, we reserve the right to restrict account access, withold pending withdrawals pending investigation, or close the account entirely.

Each eligible individual may register only one (1) account with Siri888. The creation of multiple accounts by single individual — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, along with potential forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) as your account currency where applicable. You are responsible for keeping all account information up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Siri888 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

In compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling obligations, Siri888 requires all players to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and at any point the Platform dems appropriate thereafter.

Standard KYC documents required include:

• Government-issued photo identification — Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or valid passport;
• Proof of address — utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months;
• Proof of payment method — screenshot or confirmation of the deposit method used (e.g., bank statement showing Touch'n Go, Maybank, or CIMB transaction).

KYC documents must be clear, unobstructed, and unmodified. Attempting to submit falsified, altered, or third-party documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referal to relevant authorities.

Siri888 aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of document submission during normal operating hours. Enhanced due diligence may be required for larger withdrawals or flaged accounts, which may take longer.

Siri888 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and selected cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC).

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be reversed and the relevant funds returned. Siri888 does not accept deposits made in cash, by cheque, or via any unlisted payment channel.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. For local bank transfers and e-wallets, the standard minimum isRM 30 per transaction. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30, subject to exchange rate at time of deposit.

Siri888 does not charge players fees for standard deposits. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or cryptocurrency network may impose their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

Siri888 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP programme benefits. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these General Terms.

General bonus terms applicable across all Siri888 promotions:

• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless wagering requirements have been satisfied;
• Siri888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Where a player attempts to abuse a promotion — including through arbitrage, matched betting, or multi-account exploitation — the Platform reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and related winnings;
• The maximum bet per round when wagering with an active bonus is RM 50, unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms;
• Cashback bonuses are calculated on net losses over the specified period and credited within 24–48 hours of the promotional period closing;
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise stated.

All bets placed on Siri888 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, game, or market as published on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between general Platform rules and specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Siri888 reserves the right to void, cancel, or suspend any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event was cancelled or abandoned before the applicable in-game threshold was reached;
• Odds were published in error due to a technical fault or human error, and the error was manifest and obvious;
• The bet was placed on an event or outcome that is subsequently determined to be corrupted, match-fixed, or otherwise irregular;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.

For live (in-play) betting, all bets are accepted subject to confirmation. Where a delay in bet acceptance occurs due to connectivity or system latency, Siri888 reserves the right to void bets accepted after a significant in-game event that occurred prior to the bet being timestamped in our system.

All casino and instant game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Siri888 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) rates for individual slot and casino titles are published within the respective game interfaces.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to comply with payment network regulations.

Conditions for withdrawal processing:

• KYC verification must be complete and approved;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed applicable daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits for the player's account tier;
• The account must be in good standing — no pending fraud investigations, disputed transactions, or Terms violations.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Siri888 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where such conduct is detected, Siri888 reserves the right to void all affected bets, suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s), and withold or forfeit any associated balances:

• Multi-account operation — Registering or operating more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason;
• Arbitrage and matched betting — Exploiting bonus offers or odds discrepancies to guarantee a risk-free profit, including through the use of lay-off bets on third-party exchanges;
• Use of bots or automated software — Employing scripts, bots, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Collusion — Coordinating with other players in table games or tournaments to gain an unfair advantage;
• Fraud and money laundering — Using the Platform to process proceeds of crime, engage in payment fraud, or conduct any transaction that violates applicable AML regulations;
• Chargeback abuse — Disputing legitimate transactions with a bank or payment provider after receiving associated services from Siri888;
• VPN or geolocation circumvention — Using virtual private networks or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your actual location;
• Exploitation of technical errors — Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to place bets at manifestly incorrect odds.

Siri888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that enable players to manage their gambling activity within their personal limits. Gambling should be a form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Deposit limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session time reminders — Receive notifications after specified duration of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods — Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from this Platform without our prior written consent.

The Siri888 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including in third-party advertising, social media, or affiliate materials — is prohibited without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Siri888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Gambling losses resulting from wagers placed on the Platform;
• System downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service beyond Siri888's reasonable control;
• Loss of data or account access resulting from player negligence in maintaining account security;
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party banking or payment infrastructure;
• Any reliance placed on content, odds information, or promotional materials published on the Platform.

Siri888 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and connection are adequately protected.

Siri888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage. Non-material clarifications may be updated without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the updated Terms come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Siri888 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be referred to Siri888's customer support team for resolution through good faith negotiation.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days of being raised, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause prevents Siri888 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or proprietary interests.

Malaysian players acknowledge that online gambling is regulated under a distinct international licensing framework and that domestic Malaysian courts may not have jurisdiction over certain aspects of this Agreement.
